Kent Iler is President & CEO of Iler Aerial Imaging, a drone services company offering Mapping/Survey Data, construction progression, cinematography, photography, commercial inspections, live aerial broadcasting, agriculture/farming data, drone training, and more! He has over 35 years’ experience building and flying unmanned aircraft. Kent has performed drone services in 7 countries on 3 continents.
As a member of the Rotary Club of Elyria, Kent has used unmanned vehicles for many projects, from humanitarian to project documentation around the world. Kent serves as the Vice President of The Flight To Remember Foundation – a nonprofit organization that provides “The Flight To Remember Experience” to hospice patients across the country. Using drone technology patients are virtually “transported” to a meaningful location that they are longing to visit. Kent is an instructor at the Tri-C Public Safety Drone Academy which teaches drone technology to all branches of public safety. He has gone throughout Ohio giving drone demonstrations to schools, special interest groups, and the general public, and is always looking for ways to promote unmanned systems commercially and recreationally.
Kent is also President & CEO of Iler Networking & Computing, a full service IT company that has been supporting businesses since 1994. Using his technology background, Kent has programmed unmanned land vehicles and unmanned aircraft to operate autonomously.
